The acquisition’s consideration is priced at INR 8 crores, payable in cash through share swaps, under the necessary board, exchange, and other regulatory clearances.
Tanwir Siddique, Saurabh Kubitkar, and Ashish Dhawale founded the company in 2014; it gained global recognition in 2018 and reported net revenue of Rs. 8.11 crores in FY 2022–2023.
